    In order to maintain his licence, the contractor must comply with the rules established by the <\/span>R\u00e9gie du B\u00e2timent<\/strong> <\/span>and provide a bond of several thousand dollars. The purpose of this deposit is to provide you with some recourse in the event of a dispute.       Caulking is the ultimate finishing step that must maximize this waterproofing effort in every detail. Caulking is the only way to properly seal the contours of doors and windows as well as the junctions of the various sidings.<\/span><\/p>\n

      It must be admitted that you have probably already experienced air and water infiltration if the current state of the caulking of your building is cracked or taken off.<\/span><\/p>\n
