The Commission de la Construction du Qu\u00e9bec or CCQ is the entity authorized to grant a copy of the competency certificate. This document is given to any new worker who wishes to work in the construction sector. Anyone over the age of 16 who expresses a desire to join a construction site has the opportunity to apply for this card.<\/p>\n

In accordance with section 2.4.2.i., the ORC is available to individuals who have successfully attended the General Knowledge of the Construction Industry Course (or who are taking it at the time of application). At the same time, you must have successfully completed the course ” General Health and Safety on Construction Projects<\/a> “. The ORC will be awarded at the end of 30 hours of training with an organization recognized by ASP Construction.<\/p>\n
