Employers have obligations to their employees working on a construction site. These are notably communicated by CNESST, a Quebec organization in charge of occupational health and safety. In particular, employers are required to detect, control and, above all, eliminate any danger to workers when working at height <\/span>(<\/strong>window caulking<\/a>, <\/span>fa\u00e7ade painter<\/a>, window cleaning, etc.).<\/p>\n

Safety on construction sites requires good organization and planning of the work even before it is carried out. And we must not forget to create a <\/span>risk prevention program<\/strong>. This program involves optimized management of workers’ health and safety by defining, controlling and correcting risks while informing and training workers. As for the latter, they must then know how to identify the risks and protect themselves accordingly.<\/p>\n
