We take seriously all the time necessary to go around your building in order to inspect and list, in every detail, all the work to be done. The costs are clearly detailed for each of the openings and each of the apparent joints, and this separately for each of the facades.

According to our advice and recommendations, you will have the freedom to have some or all of the work done at the time that suits you best.

Elite Caulking uses the best products according to the substrates on which they will need to be applied in both window caulking and fire caulking. We choose our sealants from among the following manufacturers:

A rigorous process

In order to maximize the adhesion factor of the new sealant, we remove virtually all of the previous caulking except for a few tiny residues trapped in some porous materials. Once cleaned, we treat the surfaces according to the recommendations of the manufacturers for a professional and above all sustainable result.
